Processing steps
  1. Cherries are harvested and picked individually by hand
  2. Coffee cherries are sorted by immersion in water
  3. The skin of the cherry and some of the pulp is removed
  4. the remainder is fermented in tanks and washed
  5. Beans are then sundried on raised beds
