How it was processed.

Everything here comes from the roaster's own listing. Nothing is added.

Processing steps
  1. Coffee is sorted and steamed for 30 minutes under low pressure to open pores.
  2. Coffee is placed in a solution of water and ethyl acetate to bond with caffeine.
  3. Tank is drained and re-filled over eight hours until caffeine is removed.
  4. Seeds are steamed again to remove ethyl acetate traces.
  5. Coffee is dried and polished for export.
