Processing steps
  1. Steaming beans at low pressure to remove silver skins
  2. Moistening with hot water to soften beans
  3. Repeated washing with ethyl acetate to remove caffeine
  4. Low-pressure steam to strip residual ethyl acetate
  5. Vacuum-drying to 10-12% moisture content
