Processing steps
  1. Bohnen zuerst mit Wasserdampf behandelt
  2. Rohbohnen in einer Druckkammer bei 100-200 bar für 10 Stunden mit überkritischem Kohlenstoffdioxid gespült
  3. Druck in der Kammer wieder normalisiert und das Gas verdampft
