- Bohnen zuerst mit Wasserdampf behandelt
- Rohbohnen in einer Druckkammer bei 100-200 bar für 10 Stunden mit überkritischem Kohlenstoffdioxid gespült
- Druck in der Kammer wieder normalisiert und das Gas verdampft
